So... what happened that I went mad and started to create abstraction paintings aside furniture restoration and restyling?
My adventure with painting started when I was about 6 years old.
My godfather gave me a piece of paper, a brush and some paints so I painted some trees and flowers.
He is an amazing self thought artist, craftsman, diy lover and extremely patient man.
Being little I always remember sketching, drawing, painting but I never thought I could do it for real...
When I was about 18, I painted some cartoon animals and done many of them on canvas but it all been left in Holland, somewhere in a town called Hoofdorp, where I lived.
I'm not even sure what happened to them once I left. Hopefully someone still got them :D
I enjoy painting different themes but I still enjoy painting abstraction the most...
Mainly because it is so relaxing and reliefs from stress. This is the main reason why I paint from time to time... so if you want to relief that stress or wanting to create something for your wall, GO FOR IT! If you don't know where to start, just choose the colour, shut your eyes and let your imagination go :)
